Weekend war almost done

Well the weekend war is almost over...the good...great attack strategy by everyone.  I think getting in our bottoms at the beginning certainly helped.  Props so far to Asian for 6 stars and Master Hawg for 8 defenses.  The bad...still had too many people not draw clan castles out, it's that important.  The Ugly, because of disagreements over the level of desire to win clan wars with some clan mates we lost some valuable members today.  They formed their own clan.  I will miss Amber, Zo, Ernest and everyone who left.  I was trying to maintain a balance over those who want to use this game as a fun distraction in their week as well as being competitive to a point with others who wanted maximum concentration on the game.  It has been frustrating to a point where i let that frustration show and probably helped to create more of a rift.  I apologize to anyone i offended by doing this and the drama will subside, I promise that.  With that being said, if you know of any Boiler alumni, current students, or soon to be students...have them join us.  We will war again immediately following this war.

Weekend war

The purpose of this weekend war is to work on attack methods and use the chat to help communications.  It is my thinking that we don't generate enough stars per attack.  We settle on one star and are happy.  We take weak troops into battle...i.e goblins or low level giants ...with no strategy.  When we attack it has to be in our mind...can I get three stars from attacking this village?  To many times we have jumped on and attacked.  I am as guilty as the next.  We also are far to worried...in my opinion...that we can't dor down to assure a three star attack and are only worried about resource return.  If we don't win the war are resource gains are cut in half, so to me that logic is out the window.  Let our weaker members go first, say the first 8 hours and the the top tier come in with first attack 8-16 hours after that getting 3 stars.  That might mean going to a sure village to 3 star.  Wolfmann did that for example.  If we have to go after their top 5, then thats where are top 5 has to step up but only at the end of the war.  If you want attack strategies go to clash of clans wiki.  It has great suggestions and help.

New home

This will be a new home as to where we can discuss clan issues, post items to help in attacks, other ideas.  It is Clan business only and to make comments you need a Gmail account.  I hope we can build some better attack strategies.
